I’m Shay Taylor, a third-year medical student and content creator who shares the unfiltered reality of balancing medicine, marriage, and everyday life. My platform is built on honesty, resilience, and representation. I create content for the students who are figuring things out as they go, the ones navigating medicine as first-generation or nontraditional applicants, and anyone trying to pursue a big dream while staying true to who they are.

My content covers it all—from study tips and clinical rotations to the ups and downs of being a married med student. I talk about the pressure, the growth, the sacrifices, and the small wins that matter most. Outside of medicine, I share my love for skincare, trying new foods, travel, all things Disney and Marvel, and the lifestyle that keeps me grounded in the middle of a demanding career path.
